Executive Team

Anil Singhal co-founded NETSCOUT in June 1984 and has served as NETSCOUT’s Chief Executive Officer and as a director on the Company’s Board since inception. In January 2007, Mr. Singhal was appointed Chairman of the Board and has been serving as NETSCOUT’s President, CEO, and Chairman.

Michael Szabados has served as NETSCOUT's Chief Operating Officer since April 2007. In this role, Mr. Szabados has focused on implementing and executing the company's vision and strategy.

Jean Bua has served as NETSCOUT's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since November 2011. She joined the company in September 2010 as Vice President, Finance, in conjunction with the company’s succession planning.

John W. Downing is NETSCOUT’s Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales Operations and has overseen the Company's sales operations since 2007. In this role, Mr. Downing is responsible for directing the Company’s sales leadership in both the service provider and enterprise markets.

Daryle DeBalski is Senior Vice President, Product Operations. He joined NETSCOUT in July 2015 after NETSCOUT's acquisition of Danaher's Communications Business where he was general manager for the Fluke Networks Enterprise business unit.

Bruce Kelley, Jr. is NETSCOUT's Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, Service Provider. Mr. Kelley plays a lead role in setting the priorities and direction around product and service developments in the service provider business.

Chris Hill joined NETSCOUT in March 2019 and serves as Chief Human Resources Officer providing leadership to all employee programs. Mr. Hill has over 20 years of experience creating and driving innovative global Human Resources strategy and culture initiatives.

Tony King is NETSCOUT’s Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales for the Arbor Security Business Unit and has overseen the sales organization since 2013. Mr. King is responsible for directing all the business unit’s global sales on both service provider and enterprise markets

As Senior Vice President and General Counsel, and Secretary, Jeff Levinson is responsible for the company's global legal strategy legal operations. He plays a strategic role in achieving corporate goals, leading the legal team in support of corporate initiatives, and supporting charitable and community drives.

Tom Raimondi, Jr. leads NETSCOUT’s global marketing efforts as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer. As CMO, Mr. Raimondi is focused on developing and implementing the Company’s overall marketing strategy in ways that can further build the NETSCOUT brand, maximize market awareness of the Company’s solutions and further strengthen customer relationships worldwide. Prior to this role, Mr. Raimondi served as vice president, Enterprise Business Operations where he played an instrumental role in fortifying the Company’s market leadership by directing and coordinating key customer-centric sales, technical and product initiatives. Since joining NETSCOUT in January of 2012, Mr. Raimondi has built up and successfully delivered sales enablement and field marketing for the enterprise business.

Ashwani Singhal is Senior Vice President of Research & Development. Mr. Singhal joined NETSCOUT in 1987 and served as a Senior Software Engineer and Project Manager from 1987 until February 1997, as Director of Engineering from February 1997 until October 1998.

Thor Wallace joined NETSCOUT in January 2017 and serves as the Senior Vice President and CIO for the company. Thor and his teams have transformed the IT infrastructure into a virtualized, software-defined, heavily-automated network that spans all of NETSCOUT's locations.

Debby Briggs serves as NETSCOUT's Vice President - Chief Information Security Officer since April 2016. She joined the company in June 2004 to lead the I.T. Infrastructure team, including security.
