As Senior Vice President and General Counsel, and Secretary, Jeff Levinson is responsible for the company’s global legal strategy and legal operations. He plays a strategic role in achieving corporate goals, leading the legal team in support of corporate initiatives, and supporting the company's ESG, charitable, and community efforts.
He is past Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Law Department Management Committee (Leadership/Strategy/Operations), a board member of the ACC Northeast Chapter, and member of the National Association of Corporate Directors' General Counsel Steering Committee and its New England Chapter programs committee.
Levinson is the author of a practical guide for in-house counsel, Managing the Corporate Legal Department: How to Create Plans, Develop Processes, and Lead the In-House Legal Team (Bloomberg BNA), and of "Director Onboarding and Orientation" (Bloomberg Law Insights.) He has also written on such topics as Rethinking the Role of Corporate Counsel and Successfully Navigating the Pitfalls and Paradigms of Cross Border Mergers and Acquisition.
Levinson holds degrees from Harvard and Boston University School of Law, plus an MBA from Babson.
