Chief Solutions Architect and Sales Engineering Director

NETSCOUT Chief Solutions Architect and Sales Engineering Director Eric Gray is responsible for the company’s technical planning, architecture, and major account support in the western half of North America as well as for the management, development, and training of NETSCOUT’s sales engineering team. Formerly a system engineering director at Network General, his experience spans more than 25 years in the network management solutions market.

As a network administrator for Shell Oil Company, Gray applied the principals of network and application management to deploy and troubleshoot an enterprise network for more than 50,000 people spread over 40 locations. His expertise includes emphasis on security, unified communications, healthcare, and network and application performance management. 

At NETSCOUT, Gray works with customers from multiple industry verticals, including some of the world’s largest financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology companies. He holds certifications from CompTIA, ITIL and SecurityPlus, and is a 4-tier Certified Network Expert (CNX).

Gray resides in Southern California.
