How do I access NETSCOUT CONNECTS, and how much does it cost?

You will pre-register to attend by accessing the registration form from the CONNECTS website. When you arrive at the event, please check-in at the hotel reception (if staying), and then proceed to the event registration area to collect your badge and agenda. Entry to all sessions, meals, and social events requires a personalized badge. The program is free. Attendees pay for their own travel and lodging.

How do I access the agenda?

Visit the Agenda section of the NETSCOUT CONNECTS website.

When should I arrive and depart?

We are hosting a Welcome Reception on the evening of Monday, September 2. The program will kick-off the morning of Tuesday, September 3 and conclude Wednesday, September 4 at about 14:00. Please discuss your schedule with your NETSCOUT team.

Are meals being provided?

Breakfast is provided by the hotel and included in your room rate. In addition, complimentary food and beverages will be provided by NETSCOUT during these days:

  • Monday, September 2: Evening Welcome Reception
  • Tuesday, September 3: Lunch and Evening Reception
  • Wednesday, September 4: Lunch

How do I book the hotel? What is the room rate?

After you complete the event pre-registration, you can access the hotel booking link from the confirmation page. The discounted room rate is NT$4,500 +15.5% local taxes per night and includes breakfast. You can also find the hotel accommodation booking link via the “Location” tab above, along with parking and other details.

Who should I contact if I require a Letter of Invitation to submit with my visa application?

You will be asked to enter your request and additional details during pre-registration. Requests will be fulfilled Monday-Friday and sent via email within seven business days.

What is the recommended dress attire?

Business casual attire is recommended. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket in case of cool temperatures in meeting rooms.
