NetScout Systems, Inc. is committed to maintaining the highest standards of conduct and ethics. This Code of Conduct (this “Code”) reflects the practices and principles of behavior that support this commitment and that are expected throughout our organization.

On January 23, 2024, the Board of Directors of NetScout Systems, Inc. approved certain amendments to the Company’s Code of Conduct, including broadening the policy by removing reference to “Business” in the policy title.  Amendments were made in order to (i) simplify the document and make it more user-friendly, (ii) emphasize commitments to our values, (iii) provide more guidance and examples on conflicts of interest, (iv) include reference to a new Generative Artificial Intelligence Use Policy, (v) add inclusivity as a commitment while referencing our DEI Policy, (vi) expressly include trade secrets in the confidentiality obligation, and (vii) make certain technical, administrative, and other non-substantive amendments.
